A product is a virtual (intangible) or physical (tangible) entity, which can be carried in inventory and sold to an end customer. Examples include telephone numbers (DIDs) and licenses (virtual), mobile phones, routers, modems, tracking devices, etc. (physical). A product can be sold outright (a one-time charge) or be provided on a rental or leased basis (recurring periodic charges).
