The Administration module allows permitted users to set up the various configurations and defaults for the system.
The Administration View section is restricted to certain users and only to some functionalities per user. This is an illustration of the functionalities of the system only. For example, email templates, which means how the system will automate certain email responses at any level of the company, and imports and export files and its scheduler timetable.
This section is intended as the primary means for configuring default values and functions for the application.

We have created email templates that could be selected in multi language options, that could be used to reply automatically or used by the teams that are managing the key departments of the company such as Sales, Customer Service or IT services. See the example of the email setting up module.
In the example below, we have created an infrastructure of emails to respond suppliers, customer invoicing issues, customers in general, sales leads, technical tickets, customer orders and customer credit activities:
